Le présent travail porte sur la fabrication de composites hybrides en aluminium au moyen d'un procédé de friction-malaxage. Le composite hybride est formé par la dispersion de poudre de zirconium et de verre dans l'alliage d'aluminium 6082. L'Al 6082 a été choisi comme alliage de matrice tandis que le zirconium et la poudre de verre de tailles 540nm et 151nm sont considérés comme des renforts. La microstructure, la dureté et le comportement à l'usure du composite hybride ont été étudiés et comparés à l'alliage de base.
