Made from artisanal paper and screen-printed by hand, this is the autobiography of a self-taught artist and his migration as a teen from his impoverished village to a Bombay shantytown. Un libro hecho a mano (fabricado con papel artesanal y serigrafiado manualmente) en el que el arte y el diseño cobran protagonismo para ofrecer la admirable autobiografía de Teju Behan (o Tejubehan), una artista autodidacta que cuenta su migración cuando era adolescente desde su pobre aldea hasta las chabolas de Bombay. Lo cuenta desde el presente, cuando ha conseguido ganarse la vida gracias al canto y al arte. El texto sin ambages conserva la inmediatez de la oralidad, que es como ella cuenta su historia. El libro-objeto en que se ofrece la historia llama la atención por sus sensaciones táctiles y aromáticas.
