Jeff Bezos is the founder and CEO of Amazon. He is also the founder of Blue Origin, an aerospace company that researches to reduce the cost and increase the safety of space flights. He owns The Washington Post and in 2018 founded the Bezos Day One Fund, dedicated to funding nonprofit projects for homeless families and creating a network of preschools for needy communities. Bezos graduated summa cum laude in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University in 1986. In 1999, he was named Person of the Year by Time magazine.
