Glen Gillen, conocido académicamente como Glen Gillen, EdD, OTR, FAOTA, es un terapeuta ocupacional, profesor y referente internacional en rehabilitación neurológica. Con más de tres décadas de trayectoria, ha desarrollado su carrera en la Columbia University, donde ha ejercido como docente, director de programas y líder académico en el área de rehabilitación y medicina regenerativa. Su enfoque se centra en la recuperación funcional tras daño neurológico, especialmente en pacientes con accidente cerebrovascular, integrando práctica clínica, docencia e investigación.

Es autor de Stroke Rehabilitation: A Function-Based Approach, texto de referencia internacional en terapia ocupacional, y de Cognitive and Perceptual Rehabilitation: Optimizing Function, además de haber sido editor de Willard & Spackman: Occupational Therapy. Su producción supera ampliamente el centenar de publicaciones científicas y capítulos de libros, consolidando un enfoque basado en evidencia y centrado en la participación del paciente.
