Lourdes Münch Galindo is a Mexican academic and author specialized in management, education, and organizational development. She graduated with a degree in Administration from the Faculty of Accounting and Administration at UNAM and earned her Doctorate in Business Administration at Newport University, as well as a Ph.D. in Philosophy. She has additional training in teaching and educational planning from CIDE-UNAM, total quality from FUNDAMECA, and organizational development from the University of New York.
Throughout her career, she has authored more than 30 books and educational materials, many of which are used in Mexican and Latin American universities. Among her most notable works are Fundamentos de administración, Métodos y técnicas de investigación, Administración: gestión organizacional, enfoques y proceso administrativo, and Formación de emprendedores y empresarios.
Her academic approach integrates administrative theory with educational practice, promoting a humanistic and contextualized vision of organizational management. In an interview, Münch highlighted the importance of educational administration as a tool to improve the quality of the Latin American educational system, emphasizing the need to adapt to the cultural and social realities of each country.
