The central section, "Analysis," as in previous books in the series "The New Testament Gospels in Their Judaic Contexts," sets out resources of particular note for understanding John, and constitutes the principal focus. An Epilogue provides a resumé of the cycles and streams of presentation, providing an explanation of John's radical departure from the structure of the Synoptic Gospels.
