A Half-Grown Mind: Real Reflections on Growing Up, Observing Life, and Finding Meaning"If you ever feel like you don't get a poem, just head out into the busy world, observe, and you will feel grateful." - Anshul AryaEver notice how the quietest moments in life often say the most?Written between the ages of 13 and 17, Beneath Showers isn't a textbook collection of formal poetry. It's an honest, unfiltered journal of what it feels like to grow up. Born out of late-night study sessions, quiet classroom breaks, and simple walks through town, these verses capture the small, fleeting thoughts we all experience but rarely put into words. A Glimpse of What's Inside: Life Lessons from Unexpected Teachers: Heartfelt tributes to a beloved mentor, alongside quiet wisdom picked up while watching a street balloon seller move through a crowd. The Raw side of Youth: Honest reflections on early love, the ache of letting go, and learning to love human imperfections. Late-Night Magic in the Ordinary: Finding peace in the low rumble of passing highway trucks mixed with cooing pigeons, the scent of rain hitting dry earth, and even the chaotic, intoxicating puzzle of late-night calculus. Time, Nature & Staying Courageous: Moving pieces on passing time, falling leaves, and taking the steep, brave trek toward your own "Valley of Valour". Whether you're a lifelong poetry reader or just someone looking for a quiet moment to slow down and look closely at the world around you, Beneath Showers offers a relatable, comforting pause.
