In 2011, Japan suffered a Tsunami which devastated some areas of the country. Some people were injured and others lost their lives. This story will touch your heart. It is based on the true story of my niece and her best friend.It will touch your heart. In addition, you will find helpful advice for both you and your family. How do you handle grief? 1. Understand the stages of grief. a. Denial - At first, you might not realize that the person is really gone because you are still in a state of shock. b. Pain - You might feel pain over sudden loss of a loved one or his/her loss after a long illness. Sometimes guilt is felt if the person died while you were angry with them or had unresolved issues. It is normal to feel this way......but there is hope in Jesus Christ!
