Rachel Hawthorne is the pseudonym of Lorraine Heath, an American author born in Watford, England, and raised in Texas. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and has written historical and contemporary romantic novels under her real name, and young adult and paranormal novels as Rachel Hawthorne. She has also published under the names Jade Parker and J.A. London (the latter in collaboration with her son). Her works have appeared on The New York Times and USA Today bestseller lists.
