And before you assume otherwise - no, he isn't talking about being sexually assaulted; he's talking about sexually assaulting others. 

The guilt has been piling up. It's tearing his insides. It's eating him away. And as he questions his entire life to know how he landed here, he'll raise questions of sex, assaults, taboos, and finally, what it means to be a man in this world where every other day, you hear of a new rape case.
