Synopsis "Anfis-Basiertes Verschleissvorhersagemodell Für Aluminium-Hybrid-Verbundwerkstoffe (in German)"

AlMg1SiCu-Legierung Hybrid-Verbundwerkstoffe, die mit 10 % Siliziumkarbidpartikeln (SiC) zusammen mit Gewichtsanteilen von 3 %, 6 % und 9 % an selbstschmierenden Molybdändisulfidpartikeln (MoS2) durch Schmelz-Rühr-Gie en verstärkt wurden. Das Verschlei verhalten der hybriden Verbundwerkstoffproben wurde auf der Grundlage des Box-Behnken-Designs (BBD) auf einem Stift-Scheibe-Tribometer ohne Schmierung bewertet und ein mathematisches Modell zur Vorhersage des Trockengleitgewichtsverlustes der hybriden Verbundwerkstoffe mit Hilfe der Response-Surface-Methode entwickelt. Die statistische Analyse wurde mit Hilfe der Varianzanalyse (ANOVA) durchgeführt. Die Ausgangsreaktion Gewichtsverlust wurde verwendet, um das neuronale Netzwerk-Modell in ANFIS Back-Propagation-Algorithmus zu trainieren.
