Synopsis "Average"

Jericho wants nothing more than a normal life. Edward is as average as they come. Too bad things are never that simple. As one of Zander's team leaders, Jericho's hard work is finally paying off. When he moved to the east coast to run the first cleanup crew on this side of the country, he stayed too busy to date. Plus, with a past like his, he's not really relationship material. Now new teams are pouring in, and Jericho has all the free time to focus on his social life and the man he's been eyeing for months from a distance, Edward. He can't explain why, but he's convinced Edward will accept everything about him. Maybe so, except Zander has a new plan for him that could upend all of that. Edward didn't know Jericho existed until two weeks ago. If he had, the gay panic would've been real because Edward is as plain and as boring as they come. He's a librarian who gave up on love a long time ago. There's no way someone who looks like Jericho is truly interested in him. Edward doesn't mind having a new friend, though. He just wishes Jericho didn't make his heart beat quite so fast. Oh, boy. He's in trouble. More than he even realizes, especially when he learns what Jericho really does for a living. Average is the fourteenth book in Charity Parkerson's Kings of the East series where assassins, crime lords, and mafia bosses run the world. These books are best when read in order.
