Synopsis "Battle of the Stars and the Fiery Impact of Phaethon Seen as Natural History"

Phaethon was a monstrous fireball that tore through the inner solar system in ancient times, plunging into the earth and setting much of the world ablaze. At the same time, much of the rest of the planet was engulfed in a watery deluge. It is a true story based on translations made of Iron Age cuneiform texts by the brilliant Jesuit, Father Franz Kugler. Many fictitious stories exist about the fall of Phaethon to Earth but they were not based on these ancient texts but on speculation. The cuneiform texts in this report are records made of the event as it happened and were interpreted over decades by Fr. Franz Kugler who published them in a short German language book in 1927. This is the first English translation of this classic work and, as of this writing, is the only English translation.
