Synopsis "Bestimmung von Phytochemikalien, Silikaten und Boraten aus P. pinnata (in German)"

Pongamia ist eine Gattung mit nur einer Art, Pongamia pinnata (L.). Es handelt sich um einen mittelgro en, unbehaarten, mehrjährigen Baum, der wild in der Region Kachchh (Gujarat, Indien) wächst und eine wichtige multidisziplinäre Pflanze ist. In der vorliegenden Studie haben wir Aminosäuren mittels zirkulärer Papierchromatographie, Dünnschichtchromatographie und UV-VIS-NIR-Spektroskopie identifiziert. Darüber hinaus wurden die Silikate und Borate mittels Ionenchromatographie (IC) unter Verwendung einer Silikat-Borat-Säule identifiziert. Der Gehalt an Alkaloiden, Fettsäuren und Lipiden wurde aus den Blättern von P. pinnata mittels GC/MS getrennt, isoliert und identifiziert. Der Metallgehalt wurde ebenfalls aus verschiedenen Teilen der Pflanze identifiziert. Die Pflanzenproben wurden au erdem einer FTIR-Analyse unterzogen, um die darin enthaltenen funktionellen Gruppen zu identifizieren. Jedes Spektrum wurde mit der FTIR-Verbindungsbibliothek abgeglichen.
