What if Sunday was never meant to be the finish line—but the sending?Every week, millions of sincere believers gather, worship, and go home unchanged—their faith quietly compressed into a single morning instead of released into a whole life. Meanwhile, the world outside the sanctuary waits in the dark.Beyond Sunday Service is a warm, clear-eyed call to awaken the everyday church: the ordinary believers God has scattered into homes, workplaces, schools, and neighborhoods as carriers of His light seven days a week. Drawing on more than three decades walking alongside local congregations—and on the wisdom of the early church that turned the ancient world upside down—Rosel Joy Bona reveals a liberating truth: the gathering was never the destination. It is the refueling station. Disciples are not formed in pews alone, but in kitchens, carpool lines, boardrooms, and hospital waiting rooms—one act of faithful presence at a time.Across twelve practical, deeply pastoral chapters, you will discover how to:Carry the “Monday morning gospel” into the ordinary rhythms of daily lifeSee your workplace as your mission field—and yourself as a minister in disguiseMove from spectator to participant, from attending a church to being oneGive generously, make disciples, and multiply so your faith outlives you into the next generationThis is not a book of accusation. It is a book of invitation—hopeful, biblical, and grounded in real life. Each chapter closes with reflection questions that gently turn conviction into action, so the vision is not merely admired but lived.Your faith was never meant to sit still. If you have ever sensed that there must be more than Sunday, this book will help you find it. Step beyond the walls. Take the light with you. And become the church you were always meant to be—every single day of the week. Read more
