"Bubba’s Redemption" is a tale of a group of men incarcerated in a prison in the American South. Facing a quasi sadistic warden, they become friends and ultimately find a path to freedom. 

This book takes a twist on prison reform to root itself in a deeply problematic area of America. The characters, some of whom have committed murder, end up to actually be good guys. Although this novel bases itself in quotidian dialogue and everyday happenings, it is deeply a debate in moral absolutism versus moral relativism. Through ample conversation and plot twists, Bubba and his friends actually belie great arguments in human philosophy.
