Synopsis "Charakterisierung von Genen der GST-Familie für Kältestress-Toleranz bei Kürbis (in German)"

Die Pflanzen können in ihrem Wachstum und ihrer Entwicklung stark beeinträchtigt werden, was die Produktivität der Pflanzen unter Kältestressbedingungen einschränkt. Wir haben 32 C. maxima-Glutathion-Transferasen (CmaGST) Gene identifiziert und sie durch Expressionsprofilierung charakterisiert. Wir fanden heraus, dass Tau die Hauptklasse der GST im Kürbis ist. Eine gro e Anzahl von GST-Genen im Kürbis wurde durch Genduplikation erweitert, 11 und 5 Paare von CmaGST-Genen wurden segmental bzw. tandem dupliziert. 6 Gene (CmaGSTU7, CmaGSTU8, CmaGSTU9, CmaGSTU11, CmaGSTU12 und CmaGSTU14) zeigten unter kalten Bedingungen eine höhere Expression in kältetoleranten Sorten als Reaktion auf Kältestress.
