The transport of nuclear weapons to a dismantling and destruction site goes horribly wrong when the plane is hijacked and the President orders it shot down. Faced with impossible choices, he discovers his girlfriend is missing and may be in the hands of the terrorists, while her family is in the path of danger should the bombs explode.
