EL GUIÓN PERDIDO DE JIM HENSON Y JERRY JUHL, ADAPTADO AL CÓMIC POR RAMÓN K. PÉREZ. Entre 1967 y 1974, Jim Henson y Jerry Juhl prepararon tres versiones de un guión para un largometraje titulado Tale of Sand (Cuento de arena) . Cuando trabajaba en las últimas revisiones del guión, Jim Henson empezó a trabajar en la producción de Barrio Sésamo y El Show de los Teleñecos , abandonando así el cine experimental para centrarse en los proyectos que le convertirían en un creador de renombre. El guión de Cuento de arena , el único largometraje que Henson nunca llegó a rodar, acabó en los archivos de The Jim Henson Company . Pero, gracias al arte de Ramón K. Pérez y a la supervisión de Lisa Henson , la hija de Jim Henson , finalmente ha cobrado vida como una novela gráfi ca con un impacto visual a la altura del maestro que la creó.
