Even though this book is entirely fiction, I see this role played out in my everyday life.The book is about a young man (Billy Payne)that has it all popularity, fame, money, and talent. While he is on his joyride in life things are smooth, and has little if any resistance. However, God changes with unexpected car trouble and meets a wise man named Isiah Smith. Billy gives his life to Jesus, and the opposition from the enemy begins immediately. Billy has to decide whether he is willing to stand for God or will he fall to the enemy.I have always wanted to write a book of a modern day version of Saul's conversion on the road to Damascus. In this book, Damascus is a church located in the Nashville, Tennessee area and this is the focal point of the book.You may ask yourself this question: I am not a Christian and am not interested in reading material such as this. I challenge you to check it out since it has an excellent storyline as well. It has action as well as an underlying love story between Billy and a young lady he meets in California.I hope you enjoy the book.
