The growth of GIS applications is visible in the software market, where it is possible to find numerous development packages for GIS, both open source and proprietary. In view of these characteristics, it was decided to conduct a study of the SHARPMAP library and develop a GIS application that can be used to study and learn about this library, and even in the application of software, both georeferenced and even in commercial management.
