Lety Sahagún was born on September 24, 1990, specifically in Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco, in Mexico. She is the daughter of Jaime Sahagún and Leticia Acedo de Sahagún, and has three younger siblings: Rodrigo, Jamie, and Renata. She studied International Relations at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
