Eva Mejuto, PhD in Journalism from the University of Santiago de Compostela, has worked in children's literature editing from 1998 to 2016. She is currently part of the Capicúa cultural project, teaches in the Master's program in Illustrated Books and Audiovisual Animation at the University of Vigo, and is the author of several adaptations of illustrated albums translated into various languages. The Galician edition of 22 Seconds (Xerais, 2017) was her first foray into Young Adult Literature, followed by Memory of Silence (Xerais, 2019). She coordinates the Pontevedra Children's and Youth Book Fair.
