Diese Ma nahme bringt sowohl Chancen, als auch Gefahren mit sich, welche zusammen mit einer möglichen Exit-Strategie im Rahmen dieser Arbeit betrachtet werden. Vorweg ist allerdings zu klären, worum es sich bei diesem Zinssatz handelt, und wie dieser historisch niedrige Rekordwert zustande kam.
