Synopsis "E-Mergence"

Frank was one of the last of the techies before AI rendered him redundant. In a future where people prefer to lose themselves in virtual worlds enhanced by drugs, Frank meets Angel. She takes him to a community seeking a way out by enhancing human intelligence so that it can remain 'in the loop' with AI. Immortality is also becoming attainable, but what will this mean for the future of Humanity? Just as their plans appear about to come to fruition, the young, armed with a shocking new creed, challenge the old guard of the community. Frank and Angel escape just in the nick of time. They are helped by Julia, but who or what is Julia? And does she herald the end of Man's domination over Planet Earth?
