Synopsis "Ecmo: monozentrisches Experiment (in German)"

Es handelt sich um eine deskriptive, retrospektive Studie mit Vergleich zu aktuellen Daten aus der Literatur. Ziel dieser Studie war es, das Interesse eines allgemeinen Krankenhauszentrums zu demonstrieren, diese Art von Therapie einleiten und verwalten zu können, um die Sterblichkeit, insbesondere in Extremsituationen, zu verbessern. Sie umfasste die Analyse der Akten von Patienten, die von der Implementierung der kardiorespiratorischen Unterstützung vom Typ ECMO im Krankenhauszentrum Colmar über einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren (2012-2014) profitierten. Insgesamt wurden 19 Patienten eingeschlossen (12 Frauen und 7 Männer). Das Durchschnittsalter betrug 47,5 Jahre [17- 76 Jahre]. Neun venovenöse ECMOs (47,37%) wurden für respiratorische Indikationen (hauptsächlich Akutes Atemnotsyndrom) und 10 veno-arterielle ECMOs (52,63%) für hämodynamische Indikationen (hauptsächlich Myokarditis und kardio-respiratorischer Stillstand) implantiert. 6 Patienten (31,57%) hatten polyviscerale Ausfälle, die zum Tod führten. Die Überlebensrate nach 6 Monaten betrug 31,7 %.
