Curriculum area must be sound and flexible keeping in mind pupils" cognitive, physical, emotional, social developments with proper evaluation system and counselling programmes. The school must device its means of self review; schools need as to how their managers/leaders are monitoring and evaluating school policy, organisation, school record keeping, parent involvement in school, custodial services, security and maintenance, school facilities, student academic orientation, behavioral values in planned and systematic ways.
