Synopsis "Effizienz des Wasserverbrauchs bei der Erdnussproduktion (in German)"

Ziel war es, die physikalische (EFA), ökonomische (EEA) und soziale (ESA) Wassereffizienz sowie die physikalische (PFA), ökonomische (PEA) und soziale (PSA) Produktivität des Wasserverbrauchs im Erdnussanbau (Arachis hypogaea L.) in Chihuahua im Jahr 2019 zu ermitteln. Wassereffizienz- und Produktivitätsmodelle von Rios et al. (2015, 2018) wurden sowohl für eine einzelne Kultur als auch auf aggregierter Ebene für den gesamten Agrarsektor verwendet. Diese Modelle wurden mit Produktionsdaten auf kommerzieller Ebene von SIAP und Produktionskosten von AGROFIRME S. A. de C. V. SOFOM ENR gespeist. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die EFA-, EEA- und ESA-Indikatoren jeweils 1,366 Liter Wasser pro kg, 0,536 m3 Wasser pro USD Gewinn und 52,825 m3 Arbeitsplatz-1 entsprechen, während die PFA-, PEA- und PSA-Indikatoren jeweils 0,732 kg m-3, 186,546 USD Gewinn pro hm3 und 18,93 Arbeitsplätze hm-3 entsprechen. Die EFA (1.366 L kg-1) der Erdnuss (Arachis hypogaea L.) aus Chihuahua lag 51 % unter dem von Mekonnen und Hoekstra (2010) berichteten Weltdurchschnitt von 2.780 L kg-1.
