Pflanzliche Arzneimittel haben ein gro es medizinisches und weltweites Wachstumspotenzial. Pflanzliche Arzneimittel, die aus Pflanzen und Kräutern gewonnen werden, werden seit der Antike in gro em Umfang zur Heilung verschiedener menschlicher Leiden eingesetzt. Traditionell wurden verschiedene Teile von Neem bei der Behandlung von Lepra, Geschwüren, Husten und Ringelwürmern eingesetzt. Meine derzeitige Forschung wird also das anxiolytische und antidepressive Potenzial des hydroalkoholischen Extrakts aus den Blättern von Neem untersuchen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass der Extrakt eine signifikante pharmakologische Potenz gegen psychiatrische Störungen aufweist.
