Synopsis "El Baile (in Spanish)"

Pedro y Julián, amigos desde la infancia, están unidos por dos pasiones: la entomología y el amor por Adela. Aunque Adela elige a Pedro, Julián no se rinde y está dispuesto a seguir luchando por su amor mientras viva. Por su parte, Adela quiere vivir la vida, ir al baile, coquetear aunque ignora que padece una enfermedad incurable. Veinticinco años después, la nieta de Adela y Pedro, Adelita ―vivo retrato de aquélla―, está pasando unas semanas con ellos y, con ocasión de celebrarse un baile de máscaras (como al que se disponía a asistir su abuela), elige el mismo vestido con el que desciende por la escalera, los dos viejos se ofrecen a acompañarla reviviendo ambos, por última vez, su amor juvenil por la desaparecida Adela.
