Die Studie konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung und Validierung von HPLC-Methoden zur Schätzung von Allopurinol in Tablettenform. Für analytische Routinezwecke ist es wünschenswert, Methoden zu entwickeln, die in der Lage sind, eine gro e Anzahl von Proben in kurzer Zeit mit guter Robustheit, Genauigkeit und Präzision ohne vorherige Trennschritte zu analysieren. Die HPLC-Methode erzeugt eine gro e Menge an Qualitätsdaten, die als äu erst leistungsfähiges und bequemes Analysewerkzeug dienen. Die Methode zeigt eine gute Reproduzierbarkeit und eine gute Wiederfindung. Die Spezifitätsstudien ergaben, dass die entwickelten Methoden spezifisch für Allopurinol sind. Die vorgeschlagenen Methoden erwiesen sich als einfach, empfindlich, genau und präzise und zeigten keine Interferenzen mit den üblichen Zusatz- und Hilfsstoffen. Die entwickelte Methode wurde in Bezug auf Linearität, Genauigkeit und Präzision in Übereinstimmung mit den ICH-Richtlinien validiert. Daher können die vorgeschlagenen Methoden routinemä ig für die Schätzung von Allopurinol in Bulkware und pharmazeutischen Darreichungsformen verwendet werden.
