You could probably say I got lucky. I say I shouldn't have even needed to be lucky in the first place.
Those fools screwed up with betting on my life and tossing me to the streets, but lucky for them, I was a forgiving gal. When I felt like it of course. So what do I do? I let them in again because I'm a fool like that. Then bam, the universe decides to throw more curveballs at me because I get too comfortable.
Rabids getting worse? Check. Psycho mother on my tail? Check. My father? Check. Those men of mine? Double check.
I tell you, I'm getting really sick of this. It was time for me to fight for my own place in the world. I would prove to everyone that I wasn't to be messed with, no matter what.

I have to say I was surprised at her reaction to finding herself alive and well. I expected some kind of lashing out, but she didn't react how I expected her to at all.
