Arturo de Vicente (Madrid, 1996) estudió Derecho y Economía en la Universidad Pontificia Comillas y actualmente trabaja en el sector financiero. Ha impartido conferencias sobre poesía y pensamiento en España y Latinoamérica. Es autor de La anestesia del olvido (2021) y sus poemas han aparecido en revistas literarias como Piedra del Molino o Casapaís.
Getsemaní es un poemario profundamente simbólico y espiritual que traza un recorrido interior a lo largo de cuatro años de búsqueda existencial. Inspirado en el huerto bíblico del mismo nombre, el título no es casual: para el autor, Getsemaní representa un lugar de silencio y soledad, un espacio íntimo donde se confrontan el vacío contemporáneo y el anhelo de trascendencia.
La obra destaca por su densidad metafórica, su riqueza intertextual y un bagaje cultural deslumbrante, en el que confluyen influencias místicas, filosóficas y literarias. Varias estancias del poeta en la India han sido clave en este proceso: no solo como experiencias vitales, sino como encuentros culturales profundos que han nutrido la dimensión espiritual y simbólica del poemario, aportando una mirada abierta y plural al diálogo entre Oriente y Occidente.
