In diesem Sinne hofft man, das Programm Disque Denúncia als Instrument der Kriminalitätsanalyse für Manager, Techniker und Mitarbeiter der öffentlichen Sicherheit bekannt zu machen und diesen Dienst als soziales Instrument zur Bewältigung von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Gewalt, Kriminalität und anderen damit verbundenen Aspekten darzustellen.
