I am very happy that now anyone in your own house can bake a perfect loaf for your family, contributing to health and with low glycemic index. All of them are excellent substitutions for those who do not live without the poisonous loaves and breads from the markets and bakeries, which have great potential to cause diseases. The ingredients were chosen with great attention and always thinking about everybody's health. All recipes have good portions of protein and always containing prebiotics. Also, I put two bonus recipes in this eBook. One is homemade yeast which will serve for all your recipes. And also a sunflower seed pastry that looks great with any bread, toast, vegetable stick...
