Sehr geehrter Herr Direktor des Amtsgerichts Memmingen Christian Roch, seit 5 Jahren habe ich Ruhestörung im Wohnungblock Braunstra e 37 87700 Memmingen. Deshalb habe ich meinen Arbeitsplatz als Taxifahrer bei Taxi Maier aufgeben müssen. Die Mieter hauten mich um 4 Uhr in der Früh durch Poltern, Krach machen usw. raus. Um 6 Uhr musste ich aber erst zur Arbeit. Abends kam ich dann vom Arbeiten nach Hause und die Ruhestörung ging bis Nachts um 24:00 Uhr weiter. Ich habe folgende Frage an Sie, sehr geehrter Herr Direktor Roch. Kann ich Schadensersatz (das Bohren im Block geht momentan weiter) für diese miserable Wohnung von der Mewo verlangen? Ich gehe dann aber das Risiko ein, dass mich die Mewo kündigen kann, oder?
