देव-भूमि हिमाचल के गाँव, बीर बगेड़ा में श्री 'मांगो राम' का जन्म, 25 फरवरी 1935 ई. में हुआ था। आपने हाई स्कूल मैट्रिक की परीक्षा सुजानपुर कांगड़ा से 1956 ई. में पास की, तत्पश्चात दिल्ली स्थानांतरित हुए और सैना मुख्यालय में अधीक्षक के पद पर रहते हुए स्नातक की परीक्षा भी उत्तीर्ण की। माता-पिता के देहांत उपरांत 1968 ई. में आपका विवाह हुआ। अक्सर प्रकृति में लीन आपका मन, पुकार उठता- 'इस संसार को चलाने वाली शक्ति, कोई अवश्य सच्ची शक्ति है', अतः असंख्य कठिनाइयों में भी अच्छे-बुरे की परख रही, आत्मबल, धीरज, सहनशीलता, स्वच्छता, जीवों के प्रति दया भाव और लोगों की भलाई के लिए सदैव तत्पर रहे। अत्यधिक विश्वास और सत्यता से, परीक्षाकाल अवधि में दिव्य-'सच्ची शक्ति' के सुदर्शन प्राप्त हुए। और उन्हें 'अपर् ब्रह्म परम् भक्त देव ऋषि' की उपाधि दी। तीन लोक के मालिक का न कोई नाम है, न रूप है, नाम भक्तों और ऋषियों द्वारा ही बोध के आधार पर दिए गए हैं अतः आपने उन्हें 'सच्ची शक्ति' के नाम से संबोधित किया। आपने अपने सुदर्शनचक्र की परीक्षाकाल अवधि में हुए अनुभव व दिव्य 'सर्वशक्तिमान' द्वारा प्राप्त ज्ञान-भंडार को लिपिबद्ध किया, जो संपूर्ण मानव जाति के हित में है। आपका निधन 30 अक्टूबर 1992 ई. म&#
