Todos somos la residencia Kawai Usa Kazunari es un estudiante de instituto que se ve obligado a independizarse cuando sus padres tienen que mudarse por trabajo. Su nueva residencia es en el edificio Kawai, regentado por la amable (aunque algo aterradora) Sumiko. En la residencia, Usa pronto descubre que esta rodeado de estudiantes excentricos y pervertidos.
