Esta obra de teatro, escrita por Nazoa, recrea la archiconocida historia de «La Cenicienta» y la contextualiza en una versión muy popular, muy divertida y muy contemporánea, con todo y que ronde los 50 años de publicada.

Décadas después, Ana Penyas la reinterpreta con trazos en creyón y con una expresividad de la misma «calaña» de la de Nazoa. Ana capta el tono del texto e imprime a sus personajes el mismo carácter: lo hace a su manera y, por tanto, no sigue al dedillo las indicaciones de la obra teatral.
