César Landa Arroyo holds a PhD in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares and is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bayreuth and at the Max-Planck-Institut for Public Law and International Law (Germany). He is a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, has been vice president of the International Association of Constitutional Law, and president of the Constitutional Court of Peru.
