In the preamble of its Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989), the United Nations (UN) declared that the child should grow up in an atmosphere of happiness, love, and understanding. A strong public education system is the foundation of a prosperous, caring, and civil society. In building such a system, knowledge of education law is important.
