Georges Lahy, author of numerous works on Kabbalah and Jewish mysticism, has been a scholar of ancient Hebrew texts and their meditative practices for over 30 years

He is a recognized specialist in mystical Kabbalah, primarily developed by Abraham Abulafia in the 13th century Iberian Peninsula. Georges was initiated into this specialization of Kabbalah in 1978 by Rab Méïr Yéfath, a Yemenite expert residing in Israel. He has subsequently studied with various specialists representing different Kabbalistic currents. He founded and led a Kabbalah study circle for ten years
