For several years, participated in organizing the Buenos Aires Book Fair and is a member of the board of the Argentine Children's and Youth Literature Association (ALIJA). Her first novel, Los ojos del perro siberiano, was a resounding success: it has sold over four hundred thousand copies and has been translated into Italian.
