Amelia struggles with her emotions. She believes other people make her angry. Her new approach is a three-step process: step 1 - do not immediately react, step 2 - take a deep breath, step 3 - shift focus to the other person and how they feel. This process enabled Amelia to diffuse her anger and replace it with more peaceful emotions.
