En Más allá, Tánger se entrecruzan dos voces: la que podríamos llamar del narrador y la de una mujer, protagonista del relato. Sí, un hilo narrativo gobierna estos poemas que, por otra parte, no renuncian a ser lo que son: poesía. Más allá, Tánger surge de un viaje o, mejor, de dos que confluyen en un mismo destino. El de la mujer que vuelve muchos años después a la ciudad donde nació y el del hombre que la visita por primera vez. En todo caso, una y otro retornan juntos a ese lugar, pues los recuerdos de ella han acabado convirtiéndose en parte de la memoria de él.
