Nachdem der Begriff erklärt wurde, wird auf die einzelnen Bestandteile näher eingegangen. Danach werden die Kostensenkungspotentialle erläutert welche in der heutigen Wirtschaft besondere Aufmerksamkeit gewährt wird. Zum Schluss wird ein Fazit gezogen und ein Ausblick in die Zukunft gewagt wie es der Mass Customization weiter voran geht.
