Ramón Campayo Martinez (Albacete, September 22, 1965) is a Spanish writer, hypnotherapist, and self-taught mnemonist specialized in memorization and speed reading. He holds numerous world records in memorization and is probably the fastest memorizer in history. He is a member of the international organization for gifted individuals Mensa and has an IQ of 194 points.

World record holder in various categories; some of his achievements include: memorizing a 40-digit binary number in just one second, memorizing the position of each word in a list of 23,200 words dictated over 72 hours by hearing them only once (correctly identifying the position of 498 words and missing 2), or being able to read at speeds of 2,500 words per minute.

He is the creator of the "Speed Memory" competition and high-performance system. His exceptional school includes the world's fastest memorizers currently. Since 2003, Ramón has been teaching study techniques courses for students and candidates of all kinds.
