I've concluded the out of control spending by some people, and the lack of money by others, is one of the main reasons for health issues such as: cancer, high blood pressure, ulcers, insomnia, diabetes, alcoholism, heart trouble, stroke, and definitely depression. Who wouldn't be depressed if you have more days in the month than money to cover them? This book was written to try to help you through those struggles and Money Woes.
