Synopsis "Online-Pass-Software (in German)"

Ziel war es, mit Hilfe einer In-Silico-Studie natürliche Moleküle zu identifizieren, die im hydroalkoholischen Extrakt von Ocimum citriodurum im Labor charakterisiert wurden und die als Antioxidantien wirken könnten, ähnlich wie bei experimentellen Studien für den Unterricht in organischen Funktionen, die auf dieser Wechselwirkung beruhen.7 chemische Bestandteile wurden mit Hilfe der HPLC-MS-Methode identifiziert, von denen der grö te Teil Rosmarinsäure ist, die 38,65 % entspricht. Mit der In-silico-Aktivität wurde für den alkoholischen Extrakt von Ocimum citriodurum ein aktives Potenzial (Pa) von genau 0,547 ermittelt, was die antioxidative Wirkung des Extrakts belegt. Im Vergleich dazu wurde die Zuverlässigkeit der in silico-Studie in vitro überprüft. Der Extrakt zeigte ebenfalls eine aktive antioxidative Aktivität gegen DPPH mit einer wirksamen Konzentration von 50% (EC50) von 50,53 mg/L. Darüber hinaus wurde anhand der Ergebnisse der Ähnlichkeitssuche die Lehrsequenz (SD) zum Thema bioaktive Moleküle und Antioxidantien mit dem PASS Online- und Pubchem-Server zum Thema Organische Funktionen erstellt.
