Optimaler Entwurf und Analyse einer Antriebswelle aus Verbundwerkstoff für ein Kraftfahrzeug: Der Ersatz konventioneller metallischer Strukturen durch Verbundwerkstoffstrukturen bietet aufgrund der höheren spezifischen Steifigkeit und Festigkeit von Verbundwerkstoffen viele Vorteile. Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Ersatz herkömmlicher zweiteiliger Antriebswellen aus Stahl durch eine einteilige Antriebswelle aus E-Glas/Epoxid, hochfestem Kohlenstoff/Epoxid und hochmoduligem Kohlenstoff/Epoxid-Verbundwerkstoff für eine Automobilanwendung. Die Konstruktionsparameter wurden mit dem Ziel optimiert, das Gewicht der Verbundwerkstoff-Antriebswelle zu minimieren. Die Optimierung des Designs zeigte auch eine signifikante Verbesserung der Leistung der Antriebswelle.
